Always being an inquisitive spirit, Arman showed interest in going fast at an early age. His first venture into racing occurred at Summit Point Raceway, where he earned the respect of his fellow racers and parents, after lapping older rookie drivers during the finals and earning his Summit Point Kart competitive driver’s license at the young age of 5. Arman not only excels in racing but also academically; he is a consistent high school honor roll student and seasonal college prep student at the College of Southern Maryland. He is multitalented; a competitive chess player, pianist, and culinary artist.
Now at 14 years old, Arman has logged hundreds of hours of track time and continues to extend his 10 years of racing success. He has competed with some of the best karters in his age group in America's heartland to the Nation's Capital while competing in World Karting Association, BWI Karting Series, GoPro Motorplex Karting Challenge, and the F-Series GearUp sanctioned events.
Arman is cool as ice, calculated, and tempered; but his ability to elevate and push beyond perceived limits remains his moto. He continues to entertain opportunities that will fuel his passion and growth in the professional motorsports arena.
Arman received his first national engagement with the public when interviewed on the South Jersey Speed TV show in August 2018. Arman is familiar with the business side of racing. He is an ambassador for Midas of Waldorf, Maryland, his primary sponsor. Arman's posters and plaque's generate so much interests that he has become a local celebrity. At his sponsor's request, Arman conducts meet and greet events at the Midas service center to engage with fans and supporters of his journey.
Arman began receiving formula instruction from former formula car racers at Lucas Oil School of racing at the age of 14 in Sebring Florida. He quickly impressed instructors with his race craft, who complimented him by mentioning that has the speed necessary to excel at the highest levels of competitive auto racing.
Arman is currently racing in NASA High Performance Development Education (HPDE) events. Arman will be piloting his Mazda MX5 NB in the Spec MX5 Challenge and Touring Car series hosted by NASA and SCCA.
